Title: Very Unusual Chunk Error (With Screenshots)

So I was just exploring the map when I found the border between the 1.7 chunks and the pre-1.7 chunks. The area is about 100x100 blocks large. I just wanted to share this with everybody because it looked really cool when I first encountered it.

I've seen this too in a newly generated area I found a couple months ago, very strange.
