Title: Ghast spawning in ps fields

Ghast are able to spawn in a ps field. Prevent-mob-spawn is turned on.
Ghast also spawn from eggs when summoned in a PS field.
Tested in nether, end, and overworld.
Doesn't spawn in a region.

Edit: Apparantly this has been happening since near the end of 2012?
