For some reason people can rarely ever see me when I tpa to them, and its the opposite when I go through a sg then someone follows, I can't see them. Please fix, its annoying when I'm buying or selling something to someone.

It's just lag. Nothing really that can be done.

Yes this happens to me too but it's easy to work with. Not a major problem at all.

one way you can fix it is by moving about 5 or 6 blocks away and they should appear hope this helps

Ok thanks star. I'm suprised that its a kind of lag since I use optifine and I don't get much.

There are a few kinds of lag. One of them is fps lag, which is completely personal and not determined at all by your connection to the server. Another is block lag, which is caused by a bad connection to the server. I think 'player' lag (that's what I call it) is similar to block lag in that it is caused by a lower connection to the server (but I could be wrong). Also keep in mind that these kinds of lag are not related in any way. You can have block lag without fps lag, and you can have fps lag without block lag. Optifine helps with fps lag, but it does not help with your connection to the server, so you are still equally likely to get block lag and, if I am correct, player lag.

Ok, it is annoying to me because I often go mining and others don't see me and I don't see others.

This is really not our issue. This happens on most bukkit-based servers.
