Okay Guys Im Going To Start Building Stuff For People So Ye Lets Start With The Info

No House/building Will Cost Under 50K (So Pick A Size You Think Will Be Worth It)
The House/building Price Is Between 50k-250k.

I pay for the material and you just pay when its done.
Im not paying for moving it. So for your best- find the spot first then i build it there.

The houses dont include Dia or emerald block protection.
that will cost 5400k extra for dia block and 3600 for emerald block.

I would like you to build a jungle village, that will be my clan's home.
It will need to include:
At least 25 decently sized treehomes
5 luxury treehomes
A clan town hall
Two shopping streets
Space for a stargate room
A jungle temple(on the ground)
Clan farms (wheat, carrot, potato, sugarcane,tree)
Clan square
Train line linking up entire village
Small sports arena
testing site on far edge of island
The village will need to be off the ground, with 'rickety' bridges
Location:
A jungle island that I will provide
Materials:
Wood, primarily.
Payment:
I will happily pay in excess of $1,000,000 famcoins.
