You made your situation worst by thinking you're smarter than us. You will not be unbanned, and if we didn't want you around we would have left you banned since the first time. Instead we gave you a second chance and you blew it. You know our rules yet you chose to break them a second time.
Also for your last plea about rules not stating about hacked clients.... Kealper explains it perfectly. Go find another server to play on, we aren't going to Unban you're ip either. If there is another person who does play on our server from, then I'm sorry but you're the only one to blame. Good luck explaining that to them.
We have 0 tolerance for cheaty mods, we let you slide once, we won't let you slide a second time. We have modified the rules to keep others from using the same excuse, even though as kealper explained it was always in the rules. Only cheaters like yourself choose not to understand that in hopes we would understand why you didn't, but you obviously didn't know we arent stupid.
Don't bother posting any more as our decisions are final.

Apparently you arent going to confess your mistakes and we wont unban players who dont confess and apologize, so best solution is you'll remain banned and this topic will be lock, feel free to open another topic only if you are going to confess, otherwise don't waste yours nor our time.

The same way you installed the mod, is the same way you could have removed it. As I stated, a player saw you flying, he reported it to staff, a staff saw you fly and asked the assistance of another staff and they confirmed it. I look at logs and i see errors of you flying. For us to accuse you of flying you must have been atleast 3 blocks above ground, this pic was a bit late at catching you but theyve witnessed it, whats next, they all are lagging too?

Ok you have been given another chance, just keep in mind next time it'll be a ban with no plea so please if you have to re read the rules to be sure on everything, I recommend reading the rules on forums as they are updated more then in game. I hope you enjoy your time on the server, and become one of the regulars which do follow rules  see you in game.

Sooo let me get this straight, you was testing a mod which allowed fly, you had forgotten to remove it before joining the server or after reading the rules. Then you went to an area to start your adventure and accidentally activated your fly, then you accidently flew up, then back down, then back up, then used speed mod to fly fast around which made it almost impossible to keep up with you, and all this was an accident caused by your mod?
When we ban a person for using a mod, we are certain they USED the mod PURPOSELY because we don't go about this as, tping to you, we see you fly, ban. No we actually take our time to study you, and prepare ourselfs with proof and such.
When someone uses fly by accident, they turn it off instantly and go about their business, not decide to bring up their speed, and actually fly around.
Want another go at the plea?

question, did you have a full invent before joining the arena? If so, then it could be possible the items you've won overwrote some/all items in your invent, all I can think of atm, this problem only persists with this arena? or is it all arenas? I'll test it when I return from work.

The permanent ban was switch to a temparory ban for 7 days, it's six days as of this post.
If you need to read the rules again, we have 0 tolerance for mods, and for people who take advantage of a person using mods.

If he creates his account on forums and state his plea, I'll be glad to unban him, reason I don't do it now is we have a strict rule with people pleaing other peoples cases, we require they plea it first, as soon as he pleas, I'll unban him.

nope because animals such as pigs/cows/sheeps spawn above ground in the day light, yet PS does prevent them from spawning  I've even tested this with spawn eggs, haven't tried it with ghast.
