These entities are glitching into the walls/floors, I know cause I start placing blocks which force the entities to move from it's position, after placing a few I was able to pick them up. I feel as though I haven't been on as much as before, plus I really don't get the chance to show how much I appreciate having you guys on the server and helping me out with new players, glitches, exploits, etc. I thought maybe I can take the time to post a thank you to all.
First I'd like to thank every member who has done their best to follow the rules, and help others. It is really hard to run a server and honestly if it weren't for most of you I would had probably rage quit this server a while back when hell was loose on famcraft lol.
I'd like to thank the donators, you guys help make sure the server is paid every month, doesn't matter how much you donate, every little bit counts, also just so you're aware, all of the money I do receive in donations is used strictly for the server, nothing personal.
Also I'd like to thank all staff, you guys are amazing, I know I'm a pain when it comes to how I want to see the server running, I am sorry for being a pain, but I'm sure you all understand that the only reason I'm like that is to make sure there is order on the server, and everyone is putting their part as they should be.
I haven't been able to show my full appreciation due to work, in the process of moving, then making sure the server is in tip top shape, hopefully after I move, you will all see me on often.
Also I'd like to give micahdg a huge thank you, you're always on top of all the problems, making sure all the plugins are working correctly and ensuring the server is fully lag free and updated, if it wasn't for you, lord knows I would still be stuck on permissions lol. I wish I could offer you something in return for all the hard work and sacrifice you have done for the server.
I have huge plans for the server, so please be patient with me as I am working towards buying a server instead of renting it. This will decrease our monthly cost and it ensures that the server will always stay up.

I've seen how you would miss diamonds on purpose, there was even one time you were looking through the wall at the diamond, decided to start mining towards it but then stopped, if I were to use xray on a server myself, I would do something similar to look legit, this is why you used this to your defense. Honestly if you would have came clean you would have gotten another chance, as micah said we never held grudges against you, if anything we never had a problem with you, we just continued to watch your every move, and check logs on all the blocks you break. Look at the plea before this one, he admitted to have used the mods, and admitted to being wrong, and what, we unbanned him but with a warning that he will not get a second chance. Maybe you should think of the same thing.

Geeom we have been watching you since you started here, and always suspected you of xray, we just noticed for some time after collecting soo much diamonds you stopped looking for them and started on your home, we then forgot about you, but then we saw how your shop would always be stocked with an insane amount of diamonds per day. I continued to watch you and so did my staff, but we were scared to accuse you of something we were almost 100% sure, I then realized today how you would go straight for the ores, I've watched the 4 chunks of diamonds you collected since you joined today. I have xray myself so I know when you're going directly towards them, you would go through a whole line you mined way back, stop at a perfect position and dig straight to it, once done you would repeat your steps, as I said we suspected you since you first joined the server. You have to come with a better plea then that.

You continue to lie about breaking things, you went straight for the torches and broke it, then the chest, it wasn't you hitting people and breaking things by accident, I was watching you, so stop lying. I can tell when things are "accidental" so stop trying to lie your way out of this, as it is only making your chances of getting unbanned very, very little.

You were breaking torches and the chest in the portal room of the "Road to War" PvP map, if you were hitting some one you wouldn't have been able to break that chest. You continued to do it after I told you about it, yet you ignored me and decided to continue. I'll leave this on a vote with admins to see what they think.

Everyone but yourself thought you was serious. I had unbanned you, please avoid the problems and arguments.

Nope no unban in my case, up to micah if he want's to unban you. Honestly I don't take kind into things like that, it's only a symbol of you looking for problems, this isn't your friends server, and the rules are very specific about this. I hope it was worth the ban. Hope you can really touch micah's heart. As micah said, we are the best cause we keep people like you out. My opinion he isn't unbanning you.

He isn't staff, he is a Jr.Member of the forums, once you reach a certain amount of post you get promoted. I'll unban you, but just know next time I won't. You should know better then this, it clearly states no stealing from other players on the rules. You might need to re read them.

Silasm, you and your brother have been degrading a lot of peoples experience on this server, first your not suppose to plea his case, it should be him or his parents. I will set a new rule for the both of you now, if you are caught slipping once, you will be permban from the server, and the website, which means you can't plead a case anymore, and you won't be able to duplicate an account. I recommend you guys be on your top behavior, all I ever get is complaints about you two. SO BEHAVE.

We do not agree to what your saying, as rules state clearly that you are responsible of anything that happens to your account. I will unban you cause you took the time to plead your case. Just know that we will be keeping an close eye on you. If you have to read the rules again please do.
