Plea to be unbanned / Plea to help understand

I am attempting to help my nephew and son understand why DrBarn275 was banned. My son has been playing under my account and my nephew is DrBarn275. I understand the need for banning, but I would like to help them understand better how to avoid this in the future. If you could please give me some Insight that would be much appreciated.

Thank you all for having a safe server for my kids to play on.

Bugs and glitches / Chat and keyboard glitches

something odd happens to me often after i play for a little bit some of my letters wont type, or perform different functions. as an example the letter "a" if i press this key it selects the entire text line.. if i type Shift a it makes a capital "A" the "c" key is similar. it just wont type unles i hold shift.. also Backspace take out whole words instead of single letters.. idk its strange..

New Clan looking for members to open up shop and sell your goods.. we have a large castle Mall and an Air ship attached to a SG linking us to the Main mall..

Look for the 1611 Mall  at the south end of the main mall come out an look around..
