I was band for language after taking a bad portal that teleported me to death losing all my high level armor and weapons, only message was [Removed by admin]. Its been over a year

When dose the Survival Map update? I have asked a few times in game i just don't like bugging anybody about it. I have been on for a little over a week just haven't seen any of my progress on the map.  I like to use it to plan my builds just wondering if it should update on a certin day or if my build area is outside the refresh area or something?
