Plea to be unbanned / Confused on a 3 day ban

For LiamRW14 I was literally finishing up work so we could play together, he kept glitching out and getting booted from the server and then shut the computer down and comes back up and tries to get back on and is now banned for 3 days?  Some one wanna tell me for what?
