wait I will answer the 1st question it is 1 strong hold and it spawns within 500 blocks from where you spawn

one way you can fix it is by moving about 5 or 6 blocks away and they should appear hope this helps

sweet, dragon eggs aren't hard to come by anymore. they normally sell for 10k a piece in game, but there is a limit for chest shops which I don't know. if you plan to sell the dragon eggs I would lower the price
