My daughter was banned long ago. we will review the rules and play fair. she has just turned 8 and she has been playing on other servers and understands the rules better now. please unban her. thank you.

not sure what happened, but my daughter was banned. I would like to know why so I could explain to her why and if it is no too much trouble would like to get her unbanned.
