My son was banned last night from your server. He didn't notify us until this morning, after he had already tried to become unbanned.
He had a discussion with me and his mother about what happened on the server as well as his ban plea. He didn't know what he did wrong, and neither did we until we read your reply on his plea. After some talking with him, we've made him realize that the situation was not one for him to take part in, no matter what he thought of it. As you put it, he had no idea what was going on at the time, but still commented on the staff's decisions.
He is sorry for what he has done, and also wants to get back on the server without causing any disruption. His sister also uses the account, so she is hurting from this as well.
I would appreciate if you could unban him, as he will definitely not be putting himself where he doesn't belong after our conversation. He has had no issues in the three years since he had first joined this server.
