Hello Famcrafters! The first Tricky raffle was a fantastic success! Our very own ~Socksie won a double chest of enchanted iron armor! This raffle's prize is a double chest full of enchanted iron tools! Woo! Each raffle ticket is 1000 famcoins, and there is NO limit on how many you can purchase. Winners are drawn at random at the end of the raffle. This raffle will end tomorrow (Friday, June 16th) at 3PM CST and the winner will be announced here. Country655 has agreed to dig the area from coords -39102,-48278 to coords -39210,-48198 from y:62 down to y:5.
Country has agreed to do this for the price of $100,000
The following rules must be kept for this agreement to stay valid:
1) No player-built structures may be damaged (including the surrounding & above building or the beacons in the digging space)
2) Any diamond ores discovered must be left in place, or collected with silk touch and handed over to Tricky
3) 20% of payment will be given up-front ($20,000)
4) The remaining 80% will be paid upon completion of the project to Tricky's satisfaction (not hard to obtain)
5) This project must be completed within 10 days time.
6) Country (and any helpers he brings with) may not build or claim land within 1000 blocks of the project area
Should country655 reply to this saying he agrees, the project can begin.

I think what Joe and I are wondering is if this applies to buying items only, or counts as doubling our position towards larger perks. As an example, if a member has previously donated $60, and donates $20 today, does that $20 count as $40, pushing them to the $100 donation mark where they will receive a full set of super armor and a statue? My assumption is no, this only gets you double the amount for items purchase (enchanted picks and so on), but some clarification would be appreciated, so that we don't get our hopes up too much.

It's been quite a while since I've been on. I was banned for being power-hungry and having a bad attitude. I won't deny that at all. I've gone through a very difficult period in my life and used FamCraft for my outlet of aggression. I've moved on a lot farther and would like to come back, if you guys are willing to give me a second chance. I'm fine with coming back to nothing - a clean start. I've played on a lot of other servers and always find myself wishing I could come back here. I would love a second chance, if you're willing to give it. I have been stern with players, as I have to. I run a big clan and a lot of people want my attention and assistance.
My reaction to foghorn could have been kept private, but at that point I was so tired of being used, lied to, and thrown away that I reacted. I apologize for that.
I've given this server my time, my money, and a lot of work. Your decision to make this a permanent ban seems to be about as short-sighted and emotionally responsive as my reaction to foghorn__leghorn. If this is your way of pushing that in my face so I can see, then fine, I recede. I'll keep my reactions subdued and hand issues over to admins rather than handling them myself.
Lets both take a deep breath and try to move forward.

SpiderMonkey_1 was asking around for an abandoned mineshaft - I found one above where I was mining so I gave him an invite.
When I realized he had come down and started mining where I was mining, I asked him to stop (go ahead and check the chat logs, I wasn't rude about it).
foghorn__leghorn (formerly not_wisniewski) told me to stop being mean. I informed fog that he has no place in instructing me how to behave.
This is why:
He quit Cielo once and took a large chunk of land developed for the clan with him. I allowed this to avoid confrontation.
Recently, he asked to be let back in the clan. I allowed this, hoping for good terms.
He once again quit the clan right after taking a lot of items from the cielo warehouse. He has no place telling me how to not be rude. He may not have broken any server rules but what he did was low and I will not take direction on how to treat others from him.
I know, writing this, that no admin will (publicly) take my side, but I will not allow fog/not to use his power as a mod to take out whatever issue it is that he has with me.
I (and others) have worked our tails off building cielo up to benefit the members and he has abused that thoroughly. Shouldn't mods set an example for the rest of the server?
Regardless, punish me all you want but I will not toss my tail between my legs and apologize for something that does not merit an apology.

There was slight damage to the xp grinder in Ceilo.
I found it a few hours ago because it appeared both accidental and a (albeit poor) attempt was made to repair the damage.
I saw that SpiderMonkey_1 mad made the 'fix' and sent him /mail in game.
Given how the XP grinder was setup, it was likely accidental damage.
I do agree that he needs to learn to update me / the clan when something like this happens, but I don't believe that a ban is in order.
I am crossing my fingers that he finds this forum and tries to plea himself. I do not know him/her out of this game so I have no way of contacting them.
