Creating a public chest in a PS area? List of commands?

Hello,

Is there a easy way to create a chest that everyone can access that is located inside of a PS area? I don't want to turn of the chest protection for all of the chests in the PS area, just one or two specific chests.

Also, is there a complete list of commands available on the forums? Kind of like the list you get when you type /help but a full complete list that we can reference here online?

Well, for the two chests I believe you should try to use /cpublic (I believe thats what its called) and punch them. That should only let people access those chests only
