My in-game name is ThePerfectoPiggy and I'm selling a luxury house at a set price of
32,500 famcoins.
This house is the third installment of my new subdivision of luxury homes, Stoneway Acres. Stoneway Acres is not clan-affiliated, so anyone can buy homes here as long as you are willing to pay the amount it is selling for and follow the rules of this subdivision.
Please read the rules, and then I will go into some detail about the house.
Rule 1: No large alterations of property without permission for ThePerfectoPiggy. To break this down, you are allowed to put things on the inside of your house such as chests, beds, etc. upon ownership of the house, but for other things, such as removing walls and changing the material of the floor, you must ask me.
If you are not sure what qualified as a "large alteration" please feel free to ask me! You can ask by sending me mail in-game. You can do this by, /mail send ThePerfectoPiggy (message)
Furthermore, large alterations may cost an extra amount of famcoins. The exact amount is to be determined by me but is usually not very expensive.
We do ask that you do not make many alterations to the house that are difficult to reverse, as it lessens the "feel" for the house.
Rule 2: No selling/auctioning/buying houses without permission! If you wish to sell or auction your house, let me know first. I will announce on the forums, or in-game, when there is an opportunity to buy a house.
Rule 3: No griefing or destroying your house or other houses! This rule is simple enough. Please do not destroy your own house, if you do not want it, someone else may. Stoneway Acres houses are NOT for destroying.
Rule 4: Do not kill animals/passive animals nearby. The animals are becoming more scarce, mostly due to the netherrack pillars with fire at the entrance of the subdivision. I plan to breed the remaining ones and start a farm eventually.
Rule 5: Have fun!
We want Stoneway Acres to be a peaceful, friendly community, with friendly neighbors.
Warning: Hostile Mobs can be a problem sometimes. We are working on getting Precious Stones to protect the area. In the meanwhile, you are more than welcome to fight the mobs when you see them.
