I would recommend trying a different browser (especially Chrome if you're not already using it). Also, have you turned the computer off and back on?
There are a couple other things that may work as well... If you are using Chrome, look for a silver shield in the top left corner along the
address bar, where the internet address is listed. If you see a shield, click it and then click the button that appears below which says something to the effect of "Allow blocked content" and that may fix your problem, a lot of people had this issue a few months back including myself.
