Building Help Requested

I'm starting work on this huge project, and was wondering if anyone could help me out a bit, I will pay 100k to everybody who contributes quite a bit of effort into this build. Here are some screenshots of the blocks we will be using to construct this, and the area in which we will be constructing it. You will also need a spare home to tp in and out, and quite a few resources. If you would like to participate please send me a mail on the server. I'd be happy to help; my mall is almost done. But what are we building here? Are you gonna be supplying the blocks? I have a ton of cobble at my base but no stone brick left. Also if you need stone slabs, they're super cheap in my mall.

I will do my best to supply as many materials as possible, if it runs out, let me know. Also I have decided to change the way you will get payed. If somebody does half the work of someone else, and they get payed the same amount, that is unfair. I will be paying you guys in terms of columns, one column being one 1 block wide, by 15 block tall area. Keep track of how many columns you do. The amount per column is 1k. The columns in the third layer are about 30 blocks tall, so I will be paying 2k for those.

This is going to be my base, the main big part of messing up the walls is the only hard part, the next parts of building it will be easy, like adding extra blocks to the walls, hanging leaves like vines, and really making it start to look good.
