I believe you are facing a rare complication known as pizza-nightmare-overdose-itis... I'd go see a doctor for that, sounds contagious  ???

Isnt thinking dreams are real just normal dreams? Otherwise they are lucid and you can control everything, (which ive been trying to do for like 2 years) xP
