Yesterday i was banned on the temporary creative server but i did not get any pre warnings. As i was doing tnt run my minecraft stops saying i was banned. As a result the person who banned me did not give any warnings or msging me that i was doing anything wrong so plz unban me and i will continue to be the average good player.

Thank you for taking the time to plea.
It has come to my attention that any time you've been banned here, you feel it was a "non-necessary" ban.
Here at Famcraft, we never ban without having a valid reason to do so. What we often see if players who completely ignore the rules, and /or warnings they were given.
In reality, you were warned repeatedly, and even kicked before finally being banned from the creative server. You would have been able to return to the survival server the next day, but you chose to come to irc to argue the ban. You were warned not once, but twice to stay off of irc, and wait for the tempban to end.
When I warned you the 2nd time, I told you quite clearly your ban would be upped to a perm ban if you logged into irc again. You chose to log in again and test that.
When you play on Famcraft, you must follow the rules and listen to staff.
If you are allowed back on the server, you will need to make a better effort to be respectful of the staff. When the staff asks you to do something, it is always for your own good, or the good of other players being effected by your actions.
The staff here is always busy helping players, playing the game, and taking care of things irl. If we take the time out of what we are doing to correct you, or ask you to do something, it is because it really matters. It's important that you pay attention. We expect all players to be respectful of the rules and the staff team.
You can not push people into giving you your way here. Demanding to be unbanned never works. You must be polite, and behave, and explain your side of things in an honest and fair way.
We enjoy having you on the server. You just need to slow down, pay attention to what you are doing and saying, and how those actions effect others.
In this situation, you were spamming fireworks at the tnt run event causing low FPS for everyone. You were asked to stop, yet you continued, even after being kicked for it. What you were doing was degrading the quality of play for quite a few other players. That's just not cool at all.
If you can read over the chat logs below, and tell me you see the problem with your actions there, I will gladly unban you.

At this point, you were banned from irc, and what was a one day tempban, was upped to a permban because you proved that you were unwilling to listen to staff, and do what was asked of you. You were perm banned with the option of pleaing. I had hoped to see your plea here because I knew it would give you the opportunity to slow down, pay attention, and understand this situation.
I hope seeing this all, directly from the logs, will help you understand that this was indeed NOT a "non-nessecary temp ban" , as you had to be removed from the server to allow other players to enjoy their playtime.
And I also hope this shows you just how untrue this statement is:
