I can not get on the game

Dear Admins<
      This afternoon my computer crashed, we were having problems with it.  When we got the computer up and running I could not get on my Famcraft game.  Now I fear I have been banned.  Yesterday, the robot said I was swearing or doing spamming.  This is not true, by my belief.  But, sometimes I do type wrong or spell the wrong way.  I am sorry for what I did wrong, really i do not know what i did wrong.  But, i love this game and enjoy spending time on it.  I have made some good friends and try my best to get along with them.  I would love to keep playing this game.  On the joining the server page it says I am "Null'. I do not know what that means.  Does it mean i am banned? Please tell me why, so I can fix the problem. I am sorry for what i did wrong, please forgive me.

 You've always been a great player and set a good example for others. I feel certain it's not a ban. As soon as I'm home we will look into this, it sounds like a technical issue. Thanks for posting. We will update you soon.

 Please let us know how it goes when you try again, we have set your location to spawn to see if that helps.
