Custom Heads?

I had a fun idea of having a command that would look something like this
/buyhead <UserName>

Easy time you run the command it would cost the player something like 10k dollars.
I would love to have access to more custom heads
I know that the Coinshop has a few however a few of the signs are broken as list a checked
adding something like this will allow more cool ways of base decoration.

There are player heads available in the coinshop. We do not want to add a way that allows players to get heads with inappropriate skins
