Thank you for taking the time to plea for your brother. Unfortunately, it's not as simple as asking for someone to be unbanned.
First, your brother will need to create a forum account of his own. An account is free, and easy to create. You can help him make an account, if you like.
Secondly, we would never unban a player without them knowing and understanding what they've done to earn a ban in the first place.
Once your brother understands the issue, he'll need to post a plea explaining he knows what he did, and letting us know he understands how he was breaking the rules, and that he does not intend to do it again.
Once he has posted a proper plea, he can be considered for a pardon.
Here are the details of your brother's ban, so you can help explain it to him:
Your brother was banned for going onto the property of another player, entering their fence and killing around 30 sheep that belonged to the other player. This is griefing, and it is never allowed on this server.
We log every block transaction, item transaction and entity transaction on the server, so we can always tell who did what. If it helps with your discussion/rule review, here are some things that count as griefing-
* Removing any block another player placed without that player's permission
*Placing a protection stone in another player's area
*Harvesting another player's crops without their permission
*Killing another player's animals without their permission
*Claiming/protecting another players pet without permission (Example: taming a wolf, protecting a horse)
*Removing/changing landscape features in another players "yard" (What is directly visible from their home)
*Placing blocks in another player's area without permission
*Taking items from another player's chest without permission (Stealing/griefing)
*Keeping a players items after PvP if you did not agree to at first (Stealing)
*Not replanting at public/shared/clan farms
