Understanding why account was banned

I helped my son sign up for this server. We went over the rules and he stated he understood them. This account got a temp ban. I was hoping to know why so he & I could talk about it and figure out how not to do it again. I'm not looking for the temp ban to be lifted, I just want to make sure he is following the rules.

 Hydro was tempbanned 3 days for not replanting at the public farm after harvesting the crops.

 Replanting at the public farms is crucial. It is mentioned frequently and there are signs everywhere reminding players to replant.
 Hydro harvested a lot of crops and did not replant. Replanting is one way players share with one another. The public farms are for all players to use, not replanting means there is nothing for the next player who needs to use the farm.
