Look! another mod question!

I was wondering if the mods Sodium, Ok Zoomer and LambDynamicLights were ok to use. Sodium is a performance enhancer similer to optifine, Ok Zoomer adds the zoom feature and LambDynamicLights adds dynamic lights. I'm trying to find some alternatives to optifine, as optifabric isn't being updated anymore.

Also, if I may have a suggestion. I would suggest having a questions topic. It would be nice because It's a little weird trying to find out were to put questions.

I do know that Sodium isn't out for 1.15.2, but I was just asking just to get it out of the way
