I was banned?

I found a frozen castle which had already been destroyed by someone else (dunno who), so i destroyed another of its frozen blocks because I'd never seen an ice house before and it was clearly abandoned.
Now I'm banned and don't know what to do :/
Any help on getting unbanned?

I'll unban you but you must know that next time you destroy a build, even if it's abandoned it's considered griefing. You can't go around destroying things out of curiosity.
