A note for parents pleaing for a child

We understand a lot of parents are unhappy to hear their child has been banned. Parents often state that their child was simply too young to understand and follow the rules.

We believe all Famcrafters are capable of following the core rules here. A very young player may benefit from having an adult go over the rules with them so they understand what is expected of them.

If you truly feel your child is too young to understand and follow the rules, then you might wish to consider starting them out on a single-player world and give them a chance to learn more about the basic game mechanics.

We keep logs of all conversation that occurs on the server. We also have tools that allow us to see which players have broken or placed blocks, or removed items from chests among other things. We never ban without a reason. If you do not know why your child was banned, please feel free to ask.

We will not accept generic pleas simply asking for pardon. We like to take the opportunity to make sure the parent and child both understand what caused the ban, and how to avoid getting into trouble in the future.

Also, you are always welcome to play alongside your child here on Famcraft if you'd like to offer them additional guidance. We welcome players of all ages.

Thank you for taking the time to help your child post a plea.
