Clan Olympics! [suggestion: Ideas needed!]

What we would really need is a creative server dedicated to this so that we can plan it out there and rebuild it into survival. Maybe you could set this up for us, Micah?

I do like that idea Chris but we would have to talk to an Micah to set one up but I feel that me and Ghouls should be allowed to pick who gets on the server. Just so that no one griefs or messes up the building.

I feel that all that are willing to participate should be admitted excluding those who are known to grief or haven't been on the server over a month. I do not think it is a matter of picking people, but just writing down what players must have done/have not done, and then go from there. First we have to get Micah's permission though I don't know if he'd be willing :/

Exactly but I also feel that we need to make sure that if we do get a server set up, we have an area set where the planning will be, and if people want to build other things, that they do it away from our planning/building.

I has another idea, if the build is good enough in the creative world, maybe we could have it WE'd to Survival and have it as like an official place like spawn. Maybe put it into the storage world, and have a /warp olympics to it?

Anyone seen Sethblings TNT Olympics? We could alter some things from that and use them.

And this idea is cool. The best thing since sliced bread! We should have some sort of track and field thing

I actually have some experience with Sethbling's events, (recreating them), and I added a few more of my own.

Sethblings Events that I can build,
400 block hurdles
100 block sprint
Long Jump
High Jump
Volley
Javelin Throw

My Events
Equestirianism (horse riding, yes Sethbling made this, BUT DIFFERENT THEN I DID, I use horses and make a track that the horse that we all use can beat)
Jump Launch (Blast Resistance Armour, TNT cannon blasts you and you try to time a jump to be launched as far as you can)
Big Build Contest (Build a thing that you are told, 5 players each team, within 10 minutes, whoever builds it the best wins.)

For horse racing- since they have different speeds, would the clan breed to get a fast horse, and bring their own horse to the competition?

Also, I think it would look really cool if the stadium had a layout similar to the Coliseum, the the competitors would enter as a team (each clan would wear differently died leather armor).

Let me just get this clear, I was just thinking for the horse thing, we would have a bunch of different sections, all in one track, a jumping part, a swimming part, a running part and a soulsand and make it a close race.
