Hi this is and RealAndrewH and RealDerkK and I are selling our first house for RealBrosConstruction!

This house includes...

- An area right next to a cavern.
- Carpeted floor
- 2 floors and a basement
- Lots of 2x2 windows.
- Rooftop wheat garden
- Sheep Farm
- Basement Chest Room. Some minor things in the Chests.
- A Basement Horse Stable (or dungeon...)

The starting bid is 8.5K, and will last 4 days after the first bid. The winner will have to be online the Saturday after the winning bid at 4:00 PM, ET.

Attached are some screenshots of our house.

If you want extra things done to this, please reply to this after you have won the house. It will cost extra.

Hey guys. Here is some new info.
The auction will be taking place in the auction.famcraft.com. Here is the link http://auctions.famcraft.com/view/58476f30e73fec1b067c4a36ae00ae9e7aed7993. The auction will end in 2 weeks and the starting bid will be changed to 7K. Thanks and happy auctioning!

Ok, I am Taking Zroad's advice. It will be in the auction house, and last 300 hours. If no one bids, I will start it again. If one person bids and no one else does for 3 days, the house will be there's. The Auction Site is http://auctions.famcraft.com/view/8ca51bf168d374d4f80353530239d4d578fc71de

Congrats to sasikins for winning the house for 6000 famcoins!!! If you want additions to it they will cost extra. For example. Want a carrot farm? Maybe 2k. You pick what you want. You will have to meet on Saturday at 2pm to tell us what to do. Again, congrats!!
