Hi guys this week im deciding to build a small town for others to live in. each house will at least have 2 rooms (Bed room and a room with a mine and crafting tables and furnaces)
Houses prices are:
Average 2 room - $560
4 room - $1160
6 rooms - $6600
Each house comes with a mine, furnace & crafting table and a bed and chest.
Bigger houses have rooms that you can do what you want with ( eg if u want a house with ur friend you should get one with more then 2 rooms)
You can add floors to ur home however u want, just dont go outside the perimeter of ur house.
Custom made houses range from $1000 - $7000

Note - Contruction starts on Monday or Tuesday the 18th or 19th of November, expect your home by the 6th of Dember. The town might also have small markets depending on the population
