Howdy Famcrafters have you ever wanted your very own luxury home for you to call your very own?

Well as of now i am opening up Mansions 4 You to the public a business that allows players to place an order for their mansion/home to be built for them.
However please note that the bigger the home gets and the more complicated the design the more it will cost. I take into account a few factors when considering the cost

- The Size of the build       
- The Design Work
- The Detail
- The Time Taken
- The Blocks Used

These things will all contribute to the overall cost

In order to place an order please find my shop in Fires Mall and fill out the application form, things that should be included:

- The Build size, Let me know the area you want me to work with for example 1000x1000 then followed by the amount of floors
- The Build design, Tell me the style you want for example Medieval, gothic, Modern, Steampunk, Castle, Japanese etc if possible write this in detail
- The Building Blocks and Decor, Tell me the blocks and decor for example Stone brick with nether brick detail work and roof


Please remember that you will be in a queue and may not be answered straight away as i may be building for another player or i am seeing to my other duties as The Royals Clan Founder and Leader as well as my duties as a member of the Famcraft Staff Team

Discounts

Some Players may be able to get a discount for some very particular reasons some example of discounts so far include:

10% Off For All Royals Clan Members
100% Off For All Famstaff Both Active And Retired (however if it is huge then i will charge at a discounted price )

When i get around to your application i will get in contact to arrange where you want it built

also i will be looking to recruit staff to the business who can help me build and get through  my list far quicker, if you are interested in becoming my Helper please get in contact and i will ask you to build me some examples of walls etc to show your skill

Small Update

Originally you were required to show me the area where you would like me to start building, however i know have a Huge area where i am able to build and then allow you to get it Pasted to your land, however be warned; non Donors will have to pay the admin in order to get the build moved as well as paying me for the work i have done

Please remember to place your orders here or in the chest system i have set up in my shop at fires mall, also view the shop for more details.

I will also now be considering how my staffing will work, check in my shop at fires mall often for new updates, at the moment i am considering giving a staff discount as well as a staff commission meaning they will get a percentage of the payment from the build
