I need some help guys! (Youtube Logo and Channel Art[Contest?])

Alright guys, So i'm not sure if you all know this but I've made a new youtube account under the name of SpoonZ (SpoonSenpai)
I was wondering if anyone who is talented with photoshop and/ or drawing on like a pad would be able to whip up a channel icon and/or channel art. I'd appreciate it. Ideally , I would be looking for the following:

Channel Icon: A cartoon rendering of my face with my usual grey beanie with the puff of hair poking out the front, wearing big nerdy glasses

Channel Art: The word SpoonZ with some fancy fonting and graphics via photoshop OR a series of cartoonish pictures of me based off of several different games all standing around the word SpoonZ. (Minecraft, Portal, Gmod, Rotmg, Don't starve, etc.) - should measure about 2560 x 1440

Now as a payment, I'm willing to offer up at least 500k to whoever creates the thing I like best. (That's 250k for the channel icon and 250k for the channel art.) The rewards can be negotiated higher if your work really impresses me! Let me see what you all can do!

  Although I haven't had much time recently, I may be able to put something together for this.  I make no promises as to when it would get done, but I'll definitely make a good effort to get it done soon.  I believe the only thing I'd need to know before starting would be the size of the channel icon.

Hey Exp! I've missed you! It's been a heck of a long time! (The names SpoonZ now. ) Anywhoodles, Youtube says that the minimum is 250 by 250 pixels. I appreciate you coming to help ^^

Those are both really cool but the issue is, on my channel, I do WAAAY more than Minecraft..so having primarily Minecraft art would be silly on my part

yes you use the belending options like Stroke ,Overlay ,Shadow ,drop etc
