When you go to join the server, usually for a group of friends that play on it, just takes you back to the home screen sometimes. Other times it will take you to the home screen and says communication error. I dont know if anyone else has this issue but I just wanted to bring it up.

Sounds like internet issue on your end, I've never had this problem. I'm always able to join.
