Thank you for writing back. If the name change was to B0wserJunio0r, then I was responsible for that. It didn't work, I assumed due to the whitelisting by name, hence I reverted back.
The chatting has been a constant issue as he can't type yet, I've had him muted on other servers.
However, all that doesn't bother me as much as the chat. I'm genuinely shocked about the f-word followed by LOL. Not only does he not know that word, but he can't type much. I understand if you can't allow us back on your server, I'm really bummed and sorry about that, but I need to know exactly what happened so that I can address it and teach him. Can you send me a log of the chat?

Hello,
My son CreeperInTheHat has been banned for not planting what he chopped in ProFarms. I talked to him and he's fairly young and inpatient. He didn't plant because he didn't have the saplings. His sister and I helped explain other ways he could have gotten saplings and the fact that he is required to replant every single tree that he chops.
I'm hoping you can give him another chance to play on the server, we'll coach him further to ensure he follows the rules.

Dear Staff,
I am sorry for writing the lyrics of an inappropriate song. I listen to it with my dad (the version with no bad words), I never knew what it was about and what they meant, neither did he.
Knowing what I know now I will not listen to this song, and not type the lyrics in chat. Also I will be more careful with what I say in chat. Can you please let me back on Famcraft I am really sorry for the inconvenience.

I appreciate your detailed response. I shared this with my daughter. We reread the rules and went over specifically griefing, stealing and spamming. This is her first experience on MC server with such rules, she understands now and is very sorry. She wrote the following apology and is hoping that you can give her a second chance by unbanning her: I did not know what spam chat meant and griefing meant tell the other player that I will give him/her a huge sorry and give them their house back and I love the server so much and I would do anything back and if saying ohh my gosh is ok I didn't have a free pet aka horse and dog that was not tamed and that the horses were all tamed and left there I payed for a saddle and bam I go there no horses free I was brand new and did not understand the rules very well I please hope you can do something for me i will be the happiest person on earth.

Hello, My daughter (KreeperKiller1O1) was banned from your server. I'm fairly new to this, I'm not sure why she was banned. She says she got 3 strikes for the following: - Saying omg twice, as in Oh my gosh as a thank you
- Saying "Thank you soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much". Because she was excited to thank someone.
I'm trying to teach her what she did wrong. Is there a list of banned expressions? Can you please help me understand why the above two were strikes against her? She loves your server and would like to get unbanned. She is sorry and promises to watch what she types. Please advise. Her old username was Zezzo2006, we've since changed it to KreeperKiller1O1. Thanks, A concerned dad.
