Your son was banned for a huge grief right in front of a player. He wrecked the floor, walls, killed his pets, and broke his bed and other items. I will leave this plea to my other staff members who were present when the ban was placed.

The build was in his house, he reported the grief, doesn't matter if you loaned it, you should have spoken to himself before taking it, you took it out of spite, out of anger, goes to show the person you are. Then after being banned you continue to go on mumble after being asked not to being you were banned, then you felt the need to go on hardcore, I asked you to leave and all you did was give me attitude talking about "its cause it's not my fault." I have news for you, it is your fault, you never bothered to take the books back, now that your mad you want to take it back, you griefed out of anger whether or not you want to believe it, and for your attitude towards me, just shows the person you are, you have no patience, you should have waited calmly. Now you caused a perm ban on all servers and you may not plea for another month. If you do plea after a month, I hope its for an apology rather than saying it isn't your fault.

The server idea was mine, the person to make the server was micah. I didn't know how to do not even half the things I know now lol. I appreciate the thanks trust me, I just feel solely thanking me, and me accepting it would be a bit selfish lol don't take it the wrong way I enjoy but there are many others who deserve it aswell. Especially the players, if it weren't for players being nice and helpful the community probably wouldn't be as much fun.

Stop wasting your time quinnie unless you'd like to be banned to. What ever happened there is his and his "friends" problems. He impersonated, advertised so thats enough for a ban. Giving his past, he will not be unbanned. bottom line.

I'd like to mention something, I am not trying to be mean, but I've seen a few people saying this over and over "I should have been told before being banned". Staff is not obligated to tell players why they were banned. They have the right to ban you upon finding a grief and having the proof of the grief. It's the players duty to make a plea if they're really curious as to why they were banned. In your case, the house owner reported you, staff made the attempt to see if you were allowed to do this, the player claim you weren't allowed to do this, so this is instantly considered a grief which then warrants a ban.

I'd like to point out a few things to you personally, for future references incase you were to someday, somehow return to our server.
1- You shouldn't refer to thoatt specifically about your ban, all of us decide if you stay or go.
2- We log everything you type into the server and anything done while playing in the game, this is a family friendly server and we intend to keep it that way. Clan chat is publicly viewable by anyone on IRC, so getting upset that we can see your clan chat in a FAMILY FRIENDLY environment is just silly. What did you think, we are like other servers who really don't care what happens? We work really hard and non stop to ensure the kids are safe.
3- We offer our server free to the public, so there isn't any obligations on our end of having to put up with anyones headache. So don't go around to servers thinking the owners or staff have an obligation to put up with you as we don't, we just choose to.
4- You have cursed in the past on the server and was punished by it, first time you got away with it, second time you got kicked, third time you were tempbanned.
It is obvious you only choose to follow our rules when you decide to follow them, and I won't allow this on my servers, you must follow all of our rules at all times if you plan to stay on our server, which obviously you didn't. You will not be unbanned from our server, I apologize but we've given you more than enough chances, which once again we aren't obligated to. Enjoy server hunting and I hope you find a server which fits your needs.

first of all, he can reset his email if he forgot it and do his own plea. Second you were forgiven by the person who you griefed and asked that you didn't get banned, in situations like this we tend to listen to the player affected, you continued to repeat that you greifed, everyone knew it and you weren't banned, Your case with your friends case are 2 totally different cases and you shouldn't try to compare them to try to get them unbanned. I'll leave your ban upon staff to see if they'd like to see you unbanned.
