People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but *actually* from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint - it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly time-y wimey.. stuff.

Route 66 was a major road/highway in the USA from its opening in 1926 until it was closed in 1985.  It ran all the way from Chicago, IL to Los Angeles, CA and many people used it to move their families west during the Great Depression and after World War II.  It was famous for its place in movies and music during the 1950's & 1960's.  Now it is usually referred to as "Historic Route 66".  :-)
