Granted, you get a laptop and love it. You use it all the time and put all your files onto it, then the harddrive crashes and you can't get your stuff back.

Granted, but in order to maintain that position on /ontime top, you must stay online as consistently as the others on the list.  You don't have that kind of time, so you tire yourself out and suffer from exhaustion.
